Hi All,Hope you're doing well!Great news! Microsoft has simplified the process. Now, with a simple customization, we can create purchase orders in draft status when firming planned orders. For more details about the customization, you can refer to my blog:https://d365fandotech.blogspot.com/2024/07/set-purchase-order-workflow-status-as.html
This is mind-boggling to me but I am not sure why you decided to decline this feature. This has been a big-time sore point for users in our organisation for saving performance reviews making this whole HR module unpopular. As a workaround, we have to advise users to first prepare their text on a Word document before pasting it into the review comments so that they are saved from effort of retyping their comments. You will agree that this is not ideal user experience. As it is employees are upset with a lot of other things in an organisation and couple that with lousy user experience on an application which does not save their work on clicking Save. According to me, and logically as well, once the Save button on the top action menu is clicked, all comments should get posted. Alternately, you can introduce a Save & Post All button on the action menu, if you wish to retain the original Save button.
This is very much needed on the PFE Co-products Report Progress Form. Operators need additional information in order to correctly identify the product to report on (eg: grading characteristics). The ability to add fields to the form via standard personalization is available, but not able to save like you can on the PFE Jobs Form.
