In order to exclude business voice users not working with Business central, it would great if this integration supports answering/logging specific calls from a specific Auto attendant / Call queue into Business central.
Business voice users using Business Central should be able to place/log outboud calls from within Business central
The option of using inventory statuses does make sense, but for a business where hundreds of locations are used, and 1/3 of them are used for production pick/PO putaway staging...and the locations which should allow reservations are used to fulfill transfer/sales/production orders, having a status that works with all three doesn't seem like a great solution. Why can't there just be a flag on the location that controls reservations?
