We are using the icon to guide users through completing forms also. As someone indicated previously, having a mid-point between optional and required allowed users to save a record before it was fully filled out. We used the business recommended field requirement as an indication that the record could integrate with our downstream systems when all those fields contained data. End users could easily see what was missing if they didn't get an indicator of a successful integration. I am curious to know the thought process behind the deprecation of the icon. Is there an alternative that has not yet been revealed?

This states it was planned for 2022 release but that did not happen. Is there any current update on this issue?

The standard MS searching in Sales/Purchase is not replicated at all in Service Management - across all pages.

And if added to this, we will be able to set up the time we want tou be deployed, as we plan updates, it woudl be great. I oppened an idea for this, but didn't succedded
