Microsoft Dynamics 365
There was a suggestion in the General tab for an idea to add an expiration date to documents that are attached to master records. This might be one technique to get this process started because now BC has the data point to validate before processing the payment. A workflow could monitor the document before processing the payment. Aleksander I think the process would need to be tied to the payment journal so that when the user tries to process the payment (print a check, create the NACHA file, etc.) there is validation that the vendor is eligible to be paid. Vendors with expired insurance will NOT be paid until they send over updated information. This might need to be extended to Jobs because if I am running a job and incorporate a subcontractor there, I may have job specific insurance requirements for that job.
How does building the workflow in Power Automate versus inside of BC change this process? If I am logged in theoretically Power Automate should work across all of my companies. Expanding the information that is presented by Power Automate inside of Outlook may streamline the process even further because the approver never leaves Outlook. Does this allow the approver to leverage a Teams license versus a full license as well?
More generally, assigning or copying an object variable to a different object variable should keep track of the internal state.
This feature is must needed in our CAD customers where they can make overseas EFT payments to US bank accounts.
Currently, the file show an amount in local currency i.e. CAD, instead of USD.
Even there is a limitation of Business Central system, where a separate EFT IAT file generated per vendor, instead of one file for all payment lines. If this has been fixed, it will help CAD customers to reduce extra fees to process IAT payment files for individual vendors.
I can only second Pavels comment and the initial request. We are seeing this for a lot of our customers and signed E-Mails will only become more widely used. Yes, those that are only signed right now atleast show the text, but the attachments are only shown in a .p7m file and we have not found any way to open these (the tool "s/mime reader" referenced here does not work... :( Track S/S/MIME signed emails using App for Outlook (Dynamics 365 apps) | Microsoft Docs)
your idea can be useful also for Supplier.
So we can be able to apply one Import letter of Credit to multiple Purchase Order.
Or the user he has shared,
REMARK: IF APPLICABLE, IF NECESSARY, if human resource region or legal entity studies maybe necessary (e.g. new product, new market, new studies, new innovation, new consumers or targets, new location, renovation, upgrade, extension, business cultural upgrade...
REMARK: I meant job interview requirement tracking. (yes or no).
At least would like to have the color specified on the workspace tile like how the Production order has an Color field.
