Move candidate back in the hiring process

If a candidate is moved forward in the process accidentally there is no way to move a candidate backwards in the hiring process. Perhaps this might be an ability for Recruiters only?

It should be possible to compare applications side by side

In any stage in the process I want to view and compare applcations side by side. Assume we interviewed 4 candidates and collected feedback. Now I want to see these 4 candiates side by side to easily compare the interview feedback and make my hire/nohire decision

Need to track Agency Referrals

Need the ability to add additional fields to a candidate so that we can track whether they were referred and by whom. Companies are legally bound to keep track of candidates that were referred by external agencies for 12 months. We're currently using Talent Pools as a hack but this is inadequate.
