  • Confirm Addition window in Campaign for adding Marketing List not working properly

    I am using Campaign and adding marketing list to the current created campaign. Now when the marketing list was created it ask where I want to add the marketing list
    --Confirm Addition; Select where would you like to add this marketing list:
    --To the campaign only.
    --To the campaign and all undistributed campaign activities.
    I selected the first option "To the campaign only" where I want to add the created marketing list, which has been selected to be added in the campaign only.
    Now I have created a Campaign Activity in the current Campaign.
    As soon as the Campaign Activity is created all the marketing list which were added to the Campaign are added to the Campaign Activity.

    Now the question is when there is a confirmation for where the marketing list need to be added and the selection is made that it need to be added in the campaign only, then why it is getting updated in the Campaign Activity.

    So if the confirmation is made then the marketing list should not be added to the campaigns activity created. Would like to get this issue checked and fixed in the upcoming releases so there is no escalation from other users.

  • Issue with the Quotes created in CRM Online

    There is a problem while creating a Quote in CRM Online.

    The created is usable till the time it is in draft (which is valid and acceptable)

    Once the Quote is saved and activated it is in the closed and read only mode.

    If now the quote is revised there is a duplicate of the same quote is created and the list continues with number of revision done on the quote.

    Now when a relation of a quote is made with other entity then there we can see all the list of the quote with all the read only mode quote and one quote usable

    All the closed read only quotes are seen in the list and creating confusion during the time of access.

    Need a fix on the design so that the closed and read only quotes are not seen or usable.

    --The CRM Online organization allows report download and they are downloaded in SQL format.
    --Now when the same report is imported or uploaded in the same CRM online organmization there is an error.

  • Category and Sub-category fields of Email Link with Outlook Category and Sub-category

    **On the CRM Online Organization there is an option of putting Category and Sub-category
    **The details are available on the CRM Online Email Activity Information Form.
    **The two fields are at the bottom of the email activity information form.
    **Now the CRM Online is configured to Outlook.
    **On the Outlook we have the Category and Sub-category options as well.
    **When an email activity is created with the Category and Sub-category it should get update in Outlook.
    **Similarly when an email is Categories in the Outlook should be updated in the CRM Online.
    **In this was it will be more easier to sort the emails and categorization.

    *Issue with the data printing in the CRM Online.
    *When the data is set for Print Preview from CRM Form Data.
    *The content except the Social Pane details is showing.
    *The Social Pane data is not seen in the Print Preview of the CRM online.
    *The print of the same is incomplete to process for printing
    *The Social Pane data need to be rectified and added for printing.

  • Control over Multi-Line Field Rendering in CRM Online

    *In CRM online there is an option for the multiple details through Multi line text.
    *The feature is useful if there is limited line data.
    *However if the data exceed or require more information the field expand abruptly.
    *The makes CRM Online record form look untidy and messy.
    *There should be a limitation set or and option to set limitation to this field.
    *After some lines there should be a scroll in the field when it is on form.
    *This will manage the field if there is more content and the form will look tidy.
    *The feature is of good use and useful to have
    *There is the similar behavior in CRM 2016 so we need to get a fix at the earliest.

  • Second option in Time field in CRM Online

    In CRM Online there is Date and Time format for the field.
    Now in the Date we have options to make the format changeable
    However the Time is only showing hh:mm format
    There should also be a "second" option available in the format hh:mm:ss
    The option is required as the time sensitivity deals with seconds also.
    There are certain organization which required this option.
