  • G/L Posting Descriptions from Purchase/Sales Document Lines

A very popular modification in Denmark for many years is copying the descriptions from the purchase invoice lines to carry over to the G/L entry description- instead of the "Posting Description" on the Purchase Order. This is something accountants and auditors prefer greatly. Could this be added as an option for Business Central? I notice that Czech localization seems to have had this for some years. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/dynamicsnav-2013r2/dn764022(v=nav.71)

  • Improve screen space on editable lists - it's very bad since Fall 18. Update

Please take a look at this screenshot that compares the effect on screen space in editable lists before and after fall 18 update. https://www.pronavic.dk/images/Wastedspace.png Am I the only one who really dislike the utilization of screen space in particular editable lists since the fall update ? Please help make this a priority by voting it up.
  • Expand Sales Order + Sales Order Line API with more fields

For a client project launching in April, I am integrating a webshop to Business Central Cloud and together with the e-commerce partner we would like to use the standard API for transferring Sales Order and Order Lines, but we face some early issues with missing fields. So I hope this area could be expanded without having to make customizations. For Sales Order API https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics-nav/fin-graph/resources/dynamics_salesorder "Payment Method Code" - Need to have "Shipping Method Code" - Need to have "Global Dimension 1 Code" - Need to have "Global Dimension 2 Code" - Need to have "Shipping Address" - Need to have - I read in another idea, this is coming.... "Your Reference" - Need to have "Location Code" - Need to have "Work Description" - Nice to have "Order Class" - Nice to have Furthermore - on the Sales Order Lines - the following I would think are essential to add. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics-nav/fin-graph/resources/dynamics_salesorderline "Item No." - Need to have - Currently only ItemID "Variant No." - Need to have "Document No." - Currently only ItemID - Nice to have "Description 2" - Nice to have "Location Code" - Need to have Thanks in advance.
  • Page Adjust Inventory lacks Variant Code, Bin Code and Reason Code

I welcome the addition of the page 1327, but it lacks the following. - Reason Code - a lot of times, companies would like to specify reason of such an adjustment - Variant Code, otherwise some companies can't use this page - Bin Code, same as above
  • Allow right click on specific actions - open in new tab

I miss the option to be able to right click on eg. "Customer" or "Vendor" and select "Open in new tab". This does not work at all. I understand it would only make sense to allow on actions that open up lists or cards, would be an improvement for the user if it was made possible.
  • Windows Store Client - Allow to set Zoom levels

As most power users today are forced to set zoom-level to 85 % to get an acceptable work space in the web-browser, it would be a nice feature if you could allow to zoom in / out in the Windows App edition too. Currently blocked
  • Configuration Package Exports To Excel Should Respect Regional Formatting As On Premise

Example follows. If a user performs an "Export to Excel" on his or her Danish BC tenant v15.1, in my opinion, it should provide the user with an Excel sheet with proper Danish regional formatting for numbers and dates. Example, the value "1.111,25" is the proper Danish regional formatting, in configuration packages in BC SAAS this is however exported xml formatted as "1111.25". If the same user goes to an item list and clicks "Open in Excel", proper Danish regional formatting is used. This was never a problem on premise, and today it's quite a pain for super-user that are perhaps importing data from Excel files.
  • Improvements to amount of available content on screen

While I really do appreciate the improvements in version 2020 Wave 1 in page rendering, I do think there's a lot of things that can be done easily to further improve upon the experience. My biggest wish would be to maximize the space for content on screen. I've attached this picture of what I think can be reduced - I don't know if anyone agrees with me on this, but I know that all of my clients agree with me that you can't see much on screen anymore.
