    Add functionality to retroactive link a retail POS receipt to a loyalty customer and to register loyalty points.

     

    In the scenario where the store staff and the customer realize he/she are a registered customer and a loyalty club member after a sales transaction has been processed. The current "solution" / work around is to return the sales transaction and to register the purchase one more time towards the customer account. This is far from optimal.

     

  • POS, Search on customer attributes.

    We have today received confirmation though the support that the POS Search functionalities do not support search on the new configuration drive extensions, customer attribute functionality introduced in the 2017-07 release.

     

    We would like to suggest this functionality to be implemented, and that it is controlled by the existing check box "Searchable" in the attribute configuration.

     

  • Configuration or extension points that allow to disable or modify the requested delivery date fields when creating customer order from Dynamics 365 POS.

    We have not met any project where as is functionality support the retailers expectations. 1. It is very rare that a customer don’t want their products as fast as possible. 2. It is very rare that the store staff have information avalible to actually discuss or suggest a delivery date. 3. In most of the projects we have been working on, the products will be shipped as fast as possible. No choice or suggestion is possible from a logistics perspective and the standard function just create confusion and extra clicks.
