  • Ability to synchronize deleted [schedule] for Dynamics 365 for Outlook

Normally, schedule deleting in Outlook sync with Dynamics 365.

However, in the below scenario, deletion doesn't sync with Dynamics 365.

Step 1. Delete schedule in Outlook

Step 2. Click [Synchronize with Dynamics 365] bottom before auto sync with dynamics 365

When this happen, we need to delete the [schedule] manually in Dynamics 365 for each.

It would be much better to be synchronized in this sceario.

  • Ability to filter expired [Task] in activities tab of activity feed.

There are activated [Task] and expired [Task] in activities tab of activity feed.

By default, you can change Hidden/Show manually.

It would be very useful to show [activated Task] and hide [expired Task] automatically by setting filtering condition.?

  • Ability to display the whole content in [Activities] field as in view

When you look at the information in [Activities] field of any records, very little information displays there.

It would be much better to display the information as in view in order to confirm the whole content.

  • Activity feed related to [Lead] and [Opportunity] should be displayed in activity feed on [Accounts]

Activity feed should be related between [Lead], [Opportunities], and [Accounts].

In addition, the content in activity feed should be displayed in [Accounts].

When you look at records of [Accounts], you will be able to confirm the content of [Lead] and [Opportunities] as well.

  • Display of [Suggestions]

Open a record on [Orders] of [Sales], and register a product from Products subgrid.

[Suggestions] is not displayed unless hovering the cursor it over.

It would be user-friendly if it is selectable to be always displayed or not.

  • Ability to display any entities on the left pane of Office Outlook Client

On Office Outlook Client which installed Dynamics 365 for Outlook add-in, entities on the tree on the left pane are displayed.

On the tree, default apps entities on Site Map is displayed.

It would be much better if any entities are displayed on the left pane of Office Outlook Client.

  • Ability to display appointment records on a form of contacts with/without regarding and customize [Activities] view

Registered several contacts to [required] on a appointment record.

Insert a subgrid field to retrieve the appointment record on a form of each contact user.

Even though the registered appointment record is displayed on [Activities] of the navigation bar, it is displayed only on the form of the user with setting regarding.

It would be much better if the registered appointment record is displayed on all forms of registered contacts.

In addition, it would be user-friendly if activities view was customizable to display appointment record on any contact forms.

  • Ability to filter graphs on [Dashboard]

Create a graph based on each entity's view and display it on [Dashboard].
Need to set filtering on the field configuring the graph, not filtering graph drilldown.

For instance, create a graph based on all [Opportunities] views and display the graph on [Dashboard]. All we can do is displaying the graph.

Need to set filtering graphs on [Dashboard] in order to refine the record condition for the graph.
It would be user-friendly if such a filtering capability is implemented to complete all the action on [Dashboard].

  • Ability to edit [Status] from [Completed] to [Open] after registering [Phone Call] on [Activities]

Register [Phone Call] on [Activities], reopen the registered record, [Status] is [Completed], and the record cannot be editable.
[Status] can be changed from [Workflow], but it needs to be changed from [Activities] by default.

It would be user-friendly if [Status] is editable from [Activities].

  • Ability to control of not sending e-mail to email address registered on "Required" field when creating Appointment record

Create records on Appointment entity in Dynamics 365 (Online).
Appointment notification is sent to contact’s email address registered on "Required" field after saving Appointment records.
This is not all users want.

It would be user-friendly and more secure if it is capable of choosing whether or not to send email to the record’s address registered on "Required" field.
