  • Deletion of Customer Journeys

    Please add the ability to deleate obsolete customer journeys. Currently the button "delete" is visible when you're in the Customer Journey Overview. When you then select a Customer Journey to delete it, the Button is away, so you cannot delete the customer journey.

  • merge branches again after trigger splitt

    Please provide the functionality to merge two or more branches again after they have been splitted through a trigger. Use Case: I have an invitation Email for an event and set a trigger for non-openers with an reminder email. In the current situation I do not have the ability to integrate the late-registrations again in the journey - so a merge would be necessary again. (it is kind of a similar functionality like ClickDimensions has with their series and trigger achieved functionality (https://support.clickdimensions.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001167974))

  • Dynamic email content: more syntaxes (OR- and CONTAINS condition)

    Currently it is not possible to use OR-Conditions or CONTAINS conditions in for dynamic content in the marketing email. OR-Conditions-Use Case: If you want to display content only to contacts from Germany, Austria, Switzerland you have to add three times the same content, for each an own if-condition. It would be great, if such a use case can be easier implemented (that was an easy case). CONTAINS-Use Case: Currently it is not possible to show dynamic content to multi-option-set values, only if it exactly matches the value and one is ticket.   • Allow Testsend for confirmation emails

    Currently it is not possible to use the "Test send"-functionality when creating a confirmation email for the DOI-process. According to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/marketing/form-double-opt-in#create-a-subscription-confirmation-request-message this is a planned behavior. The workaround is, to create a test subscription center and then test it (with the functionality, that's ok). But when creating the email with the CI of the customer, it would be great if we can use the "Test send"-functionality without the DOI-logic behind, only for the layout of the mailing.
  • Export all interactions from a contact with one click

    If we have a GDPR request, it would be great to be able to export all interactions from a contact in the customer insights cloud within one click. Currently we have to use the API and build a plugin for it, it would be great to be able to do such a request in the frontend, thanks & kind regards, Carolin
  • Custom Channel acitvities: possibility to create more than one for certain entity type

    I want to create two custom channels, one (A) which adds a contact to a certain marketing list and one (B) that removes the contact from a marketing list. The first requirement I've already successfully implemented. The problem is now, that I do not find anywhere a unique information in the custom channel activity created through running through the tile is from Custom Channel to add the contact or remove the contact. Both flows I'm using would run on the Entity type "list" (for marketinglist), the contact-ID and the entity ID from the selected marketing list in the lookup-view. But I do not find anywhere a unique value for the custom channel from which it was created (Custom Channel A which should add the contact to the list or custom channel B which removes the contact from the list). Another use case: for certain form submissions, contacts which have no account, a marketing account should be set. But it is not always the same (for US Marketing the US marketing dummy account, for Canada marketing the marketing dummy account. I know that I could achieve it with workflows, but with a custom tile the marketing team would have the flexibility to choose which account to assign, if it's a new contact. But another custom tile for entity type account would check if an account is a prospect or an existing customer and split the journey in two parts after the trigger.   • Field Input Validation - do not allow Script input in textfields and textarea fields

    Currently it is by default possible to enter a script in text-input fields and textarea fields. It should be possible (without coding) to do not allow special characters input in form fields, and only allow it by allowing it explicitly. Probably also a regex would help (like in ClickDimensions): Here for each field a "Validation"-section exists. You can choose from an existing predefined pattern or enter a custom regex and then define the error message. For email fields is the default existing pattern choosen, but you can definie your own regex if you want. Background: we had a penetration test for one of our customers and the result was that it was possible to enter script in the fields. This allows attackers to run scripts through the name variable and can be later used in the personalize content in the email.
  • Enable Collaboration Feature also for Marketing tables like (marketing) email

    For Dynamics had just the collaboration feature been enabled which shows if another user has opened a contact, account, case or opportunity record. It would be great if the collaboration feature is also enabled for marketing tables like marketing email and email (if it would be easy, also for the other marketing entities, but most important for the marketing emails).   • Clone Customer Journey - also clone / fill content settings

    When cloning a customer journey, currently the content settings are not cloned / so have to be filled manually.

    It would be a usability improvement, if the content settings record would also be filled automatically after cloning.

  • Real Time Journey Email: Add calendar invite and Join in Teams functionality

    Pls add the same functionality in the new email designer for the buttons like in the old marketing email designer. We would need the "Add to calendar" and "Join in Teams"-functionality for our event processes, that we can send for each event registration his confirmation email with this two personalized buttons in the confirmation email (similar to GoToWebinar).
