  • Ability to edit fields with speacial data type "Customer"

    We have a field with display name "Potential customer" in the Opportunity entity
    If we click on New (+) button a Contact quick create form opens
    Since the data type of the field is Customer, we are not able to edit it.

  • Recipient of the email is added to "TO" field each time we click on Reply All

    Recipient of the email is added to "TO" field each time we click on Reply All to an email thread.
    So if I click on Reply All once the recipients email address is mentioned in TO field once
    When we click on Reply All the 2nd time on the same thread - the recipients email address is mentioned in TO field Twice
    When we click on Reply All the 3rd time continuing the thread - the recipients email address is mentioned in TO field Thrice
    This behavior goes on and on.

    The expected behavior is that the Email address in the From field should not be displayed in the To field.

  • Duplicate Contact records created when Synchronizing CRM with Outlook.

    Post installing and configuring CRM client for Outlook
    Contacts that already exist in Outlook are duplicated when same contacts are sync from CRM to Outlook
    This is because the Duplicate detection rule does not work when records are sync from CRM to Outlook.
    The workaround is to Deactivate the Outlook filters.

  • Social Pane inactive in Appointment form

    Navigated to Settings > Customization > Customize the system
    Opened Appointment main form
    Click Insert tab > Added a new 1 Column section
    Then inside the new section added Notes
    Got notification "Another auto-expanding field is already on this tab. To set this field as auto-expanding, click OK. To leave the original field as an auto-expanding field, press Cancel." - I clicked OK
    Save and Publish customization
    Navigated to Sales > Activities > Click New Activity
    Noticed that Notes are not working - They are dead nothing happens if we click on it.
    Navigated to Settings > Customization > Customize the system
    Opened Appointment main form
    Removed the Notes from the form > Save and Publish customization
    Then added the notes again.
    Got the same notification "Another auto-expanding field is already on this tab. To set this field as auto-expanding, click OK. To leave the original field as an auto-expanding field, press Cancel." - I clicked Cancel
    Navigated to Sales > Activities > Click New Activity
    Noticed that Notes are still not working - They are dead nothing happens if we click on it.
