Add Notes in the social pane before the parent record is saved, on the entities say " Contacts "
We are unable to add the notes in the Notes section in the social pane until the parent record is saved on entities say " Contact ".
It was possible to add the notes before saving the parent record in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, however it is not allowing us to add the notes the same way as we can add activities or tasks in the social pane before saving the parent record in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013. -
Phone Call Activity in the Social Pane does change the direction of the activity as per the type of Phone Call Activity ( Incoming & Outgoing )
- Click on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013.
- Select the Account or Contact entity
- Open the Account or a Contact record.
- In the Social pane select the Activities
- Click on Add Phone Call
- Enter the description of the Phone Call activity

An Email from the outlook once tracked in the CRM should show the date on which the email is received in the outlook rather than the date on which the email is tracked.
Issue: The user "Rex Lee" stated that he is having older emails in his outlook and now he is trying to track it from the outlook, therefore it is showing the date in the CRM on which the email is tracked from the outlook for the CRM org: https://pyramidimaging.crm.dynamics.com

Troubleshooting:
open the outlook and track any email to the CRM and view the email in the CRM.
we cannot view from the CRM that on which date the email came to us.
It only shows the date on which the email has been tracked.

Resolution:
An Email from the outlook once tracked in the CRM should show the date on which the email is received in the outlook rather than the date on which the email is tracked. -
Email Notification should be sent for the event of Service Interruption of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online

When the CRM organization is affected with the Service Interruption incident then the only option to get information about the Service Interruption in to check the Health Dashboard in Office 365 portal.
