Include phone number in Sales Invoice dataset. Our delivery crew often needs a way to get in contact with customers and usually only have the sales invoice with them when out on deliveries.

Add the Sale Price and Discounts list on the bottom of Item Cards to the Fact Box when viewing the Item List, would greatly speed up quoting wholesale pricing vs retail pricing when a customer calls. Also having this list calculate out what the Sale Price would be from the Sale Discount % should be standard in this list.

We should be able to have the ability to perform Buy 1 Get 1 Free, Buy X Get Y % Off, and other types of dynamic promotions which should be applicable to nested Item Category Codes (because there are no nested Item Disc. Groups). Having basic coupon functionality would also be incredibly helpful, especially tied in with dynamic promotions.
