Allow Users to Qualify a Lead without converting to a Contact/Account/Opportunity
The Lead Qualification screen does not allow a user to Qualify a Lead if the user is not given privileges to the Opportunity, Contact, or Account.
I believe Microsoft was anticipating all users would convert the Lead to one of those entities, so the Qualify is bound to the rights on those entities. Users should still be able to qualify a Lead without necessarily selecting a conversion entity. -
Convert Lead dialog box cannot be customized
The Qualify Lead screen is not configurable. Although there is embedded functionality from this form (creating other entities), I have been in a number of situations where we’d like to configure the form.

Add all Activites to the Calendar
The Calendar only shows Appointment activities � not the other activities. Add the others.

Add "Create Followup" on Activities
This feature was removed in 4.0
This needs to be added back in 2011.
