Whenever you close any record in a workspace app, you always get the message:

'Close this session?

You will lose any unsaved changes in the session and won’t be able to return to it later.'

This message appears regardless of whether the record has been changed.

This is annoying for users.

Would be far better if the message only appears if the record has been changed.

There is a flaw in the logic for connecting Teams chats to Dynamics 365 records.

If I have a teams chat linked to a Dynamics 365 record, and that Teams chat contains multiple people, and I am in Teams and want to start a chat with that group but not on the topic of that Teams chat, I'm unable to do it, e.g.

• I link Case X to a Teams chat with Bob, Mary and Fred 
• I then want to send a Teams chat to Bob, Mary and Fred from Teams, not Dynamics 365, on a completely different topic, not related to anything about Case X, e.g. asking them if they want to go for a drink after work. That chat gets added to the Teams chat linked to Case X in Dynamics 365.

We need the ability to isolate Teams chats which are linked to Dynamics 365 records, and not pollute them with other chats to the same group.
