  • Unrelated account activities showing up on Account entity.

    1. We have few Accounts in CRM.
    2. We open an Account and then open the associated view for Documents for a particular account.
    3. When we open the Documents it shows few of the activities which is not related to that account.
    4. The filter criteria was for the search is"Include: Related"Regarding"Records".
    5. We understand that if we go ahead and change the filter criteria from Related"Regarding"Records" to "This Record only", it shows us the accurate information.
    6.We would like to get appropriate information related to the specific account view with the Related"Regarding"Records" criteria so that it wont create confusions.

  • Formatting of notes no longer comes out in printing for CRM 2015 organization.

    1. User has CRM 2015 organization.
    2. In CRM 2015 organization whenever the User add notes to a record or to an activity the formatting of the notes, no longer comes out in printing.
    3. We would like to see the formatting in notes whenever we do a Print Preview.

    1. Customers have issues where in the email activities in CRM shows last modified dates instead of created dates in CRM organization.
    2. This creates confusion.
    3. We will need to see the created on Dates in CRM activities not the last modified dates.

  • CRM User wants to change the Activities from modified date to created on date in CRM organization.

    1. CRM User wants to change the Activities from modified date to created on date in CRM organization.
    2. Customer opens a record they have few activities listed on the record.
    3. on the activity record the date is always shown as modified date.
    4. Customers would like to get the dates as created on instead of modified on so that they do not create any confusion.

  • CRM User is unable to get the pipe line phase refreshed in CRM while creating an Opportunity using quick create form.

    1. CRM User is unable to get the pipe line phase refreshed in CRM while creating an Opportunity using quick create form.
    2. Customer logins to CRM --> Uses Quick Create Option for Opportunity entity and creates a Test records and Saves it.
    3. Once it gets Saved Customer clicks on View Record.
    4. And then Goes to Dashboard on check the Pipeline Phase shows blank.
    5. When the customer opens up the record and changes the stage and saves it and then comes to Dashboard the Stage name appears correctly as Qualify.
    6. But when the Customer creates an opportunity records from the sales entity it works fine and the Pipe line phase shows as Qualify.
    7. Customer should be to refresh the Pipeline phase even though they create an opportunity using Quick Create form in CRM.
