I propose the addition of an out-of-the-box tax-related field in both Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance and Operations (FnO) to accommodate the VAT Registration Number. This field should be available in the Account entity within CE and be synchronized with FnO using Dual-Write.

Currently, the Account entity includes two OOB tax-related fields: Tax Exempt Number and Tax Exempt. However, these fields do not address the need for a VAT Registration Number, which is crucial for various tax-related processes.

Implementing this feature would enhance the system’s functionality and ensure compliance with tax regulations, providing a more comprehensive solution for users.

We need an alternative to the deprecated integration between Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Outlook for syncing contacts, appointments, and tasks. The current replacement is not ideal for many customers who don't use D365 Sales, and it's inefficient to invest in D365 Sales solely to sync contacts from Outlook to SCM.

This feature was incredibly valuable for streamlining workflows and enhancing productivity.

Description:

Currently, the functionality to distinguish dashboards across different environments (development, test, production) is not available in Dynamics. This separation is crucial for a clear distribution of reports and a structured deployment workflow.

Proposed Feature:

Allow Dynamics environments to connect to their respective Power BI workspaces.

Enable specifying the workspace, in addition to the Power BI resource, during the configuration process in Dynamics.

This feature would be highly beneficial for users who need to manage reports across different environments without incurring additional costs or complexity.
