Hi, scroll bars are disappearing in Mac Safari.
Users are getting stuck and not able to navigate around the form or within controls e.g. time selection.

Safari - Quick Campaign (the time scroll bar disappears and using the cursor causes the screen to jump and keeps displaying the same times instead of scrolling.
