  • Feature Request to support bulk send "Draft" status e-mail

    It would be great to have a supported way to bulk send multiple "draft" status e-mails.
    That way you don't have to open each draft items every time sending.
    It seems very efficient and something that most companies need.

  • Custom Field is randomly able to sync

    Issue:
    According to following URLs, Custom Field is not able to sync.
    However it sometimes synced when we actually tested.

    Seems like its triggered by "timing of click on the [Synchronize] button" and/or modifying syncable Field and Custom Field.
    But we are not sure..,

    Request:
    Microsoft should provide workarounds.
    This functionality needs to be stable for better product performance.


  • Behavior of modifying an CRM Appointment in Outlook client

    Issue:
    My customer is using Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online with Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook.

    When you create an Appointment in Dynamics CRM Online, it will be synchronized to Outlook client.
    Also when you create an Appointment in Outlook client, it will be synchronized to Dynamics CRM Online.

    Based on the above behavior, when you change the Subject of Appointment from either interface, it will be Synchronized to both GUI.
    However if you only modify Custom Field, it becomes following behavior.

    - When you modify Custom Field in Dynamics CRM Online, it will be synchronized to Outlook client.
    - When you modify Custom Field in Outlook client, the changes will not be reflected, and it won't be synchronized to Dynamics CRM Online.

    Request:
    Microsoft should provide workarounds.
    This functionality needs to be stable for better product performance.

  • Featue request for Report function

    About the Report function in Dynamics CRM Online.
    My customer has featue request that you can get a report for "which of the stage whether to process in each Opportunities". Because the inability to report this information reduces the user's productivity.
    Please provide the function which you can provide this information.

  • Feature request for "Description" field in Activity record.

    About the Activity record in Dynamics CRM Online.
    My customer has request for feature that you can edit "Description" field's display title to "Description of Activity" .
    Because the inability to modify this title makes end users confuse.
    Please provide the function which allow you to rename "Description" field in Acitivity.

  • Fix request for the behavior of [Excel to Excel] function in Dynamics CRM Online.



    About the [Excel to Excel] function in Dynamics CRM Online.
    When you export Excel sheet with following Reprosteps, the certain column's value is changing automatically.
    Please provide the fix which allow you to keep correct value in Excel sheet.


    1. Log on to Dynamics CRM Online with Administrator account, Go to [Settings] - [Customizations] - [Customize the System].
    2. Choose [Appointment] Entity, select [Fields], and click on [New].
    3. Put "Test_Single_Line_of_Text" to [Display Name] section, and put "1linetext" to [Name] section. Choose "Single Line of Text" for [Data Type], then click on [Save and Close]
    4. Back to [Customize the System] Window, Choose [Appointment] Entity, select [Forms], and Open [Appoinntment (Form Type is "Main")].

    5. Select "Custom Fields" for [Filter] menu in right pane, then Field "Test_Single_Line_of_Text" (which you created in step 3) is displaying, so add Field to Form by drag and drop.
    6. Click on [Save As] - [Publish] - [Save and Close].
    7. Back to [Customize the System] Window, Choose [Appointment] Entity, select [Views], and Open [All Appoinntments (Type is "Public View")].
    8. In [Common Tasks] menu, click on [Add Columns], check "Test_Single_Line_of_Text" check box, then click on [OK].
    9. Click on [Save and Close].
    10. Back to [Customize the System] Window, click on [Publish All Customizations], and close [Customize the System] Window.
    11. Go to [Sales] - [Activities], then select [Appointment] - [All Appointments] view.
    12. Click on [APPOINTMENT] button in header menu for creating new Appointment, put "Test Appointment" to [Subject] field, and put "00001" to [Test_Single_Line_of_Text] field, then click on [Save and Close]
    13. Refer to step 12, create few more new Appoint ment. (You need to put different number such as 0002,,,0010 in [Test_Single_Line_of_Text] field.)
    14. Go to [Sales] - [Activities], then select [Appointment] - [All Appointments] view. Click on [Excel to Excel] - [Dynamic Worksheet].
    15. In Edit Columns Windos, click on [Export].
    16. Open Excel file which you exported, click on [Allow editing] in [Protected View].
    17. Click on [Enable] content in [Security warning].
    18. On [Test_Single_Line_of_Text] column in "All Appointments" sheet, "0000N(N : Number)" valueis appearing.
    19. Click on [The update to the latest information from the CRM] in [Data] tab, then 0000N(N : Number)?value is all the sudden changed to "N(N : Number)", and number "0" is disappearing.

  • Open SharePoint document in Dynamics CRM Online

    When you integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online with SharePoint, you need to open related Sharepoint document by following steps;

    1. Log on to Dynamics CRM Online
    2. Go to Sales > Opportunities
    3. Open any Opportunity
    4. Click on "Documents" menu hidden in blue header menu on top of the Dynamics CRM Online window.

    However, it takes too much steps to open SharePoint document, and reduces the user�s productivity.

    So please consider implementing more easier way to open Sharepoint document.
    Example of easier way:
    1. Display if any related Sharepoint document is available for target Opportunity record.
    2. If there is related Sharepoint document, you can just click on "Enable" button, and it redirects to certain Sharepoint document file's page.

  • You can not apply any update to "Connection" record in Dynamics CRM 2015 Online Update 1 (7.1.*)

    When you create a "Connection" record in Dynamics CRM 2015 Online Update 1 (7.1.*), you can not apply any update after you create record without setting "As this role" section.

    This behavior is not appeared in CRM Online 2015 (7.0.2.72)(DB 7.0.2.72), and CRM Online 2016 (8.0.0.2086) (DB 8.0.0.2086).

    So please provide fix for Dynamics CRM Online 2015 Update 1 (7.1.*).

  • Feature request for setting filter of Activity Associated View

    Please provide function that you can change dafault value of filter to "All" instead of "Next30 days" for a specific Activity Associated View in GUI.
    Current work arround is that you can develop javascript for modifying this value, however it is quite complicated.
