Information category on article entity.
On article entity, it would be great to be able to choose multiple information categories as required item.
Cannot choose them currently. -
Ability to customize content to display on Dynamics 365 App for Outlook
It would be great to display certain fields on screen of Dynamics 365 App for Outlook, such as activity lists related to records.

Ability to add CRM tab on Outlook client
When adding Dynamics 365 App for Outlook,
it would be great to create CRM tab on upper screen and display tracking CRM record information on full screen within Outlook Client.

Ability to filter content displays on [Activity] within Activity feed of Parent Account's record
There's [Parent Account] field on Account's record.
On Activity feed of record which is set as Parent Account,
[POSTS] and [ACTIVITIES] show up including Child Accounts.
Sometimes too many information make users confused.
This behavior is not desirable for all users.
It would be much better to filter which [POSTS] and [ACTIVITIES] are shown on Activity feed of Parent Account's record.

Ability to sync perfectly Mail, Calendar, Tasks between Dynamics 365 (Online) and Outlook Client
Customer sets sync between Dynamics 365 (Online) and Outlook client by using Dynamics 365 App for Outlook
For example, in case of [Tasks]
Registering tasks from Outlook Client doesn't sync to Dynamics 365 (Online).
But registering tasks from Dynamics 365 (Online) syncs to Outlook Client.Tasks status is synced from whichever changes it.
Deleting tasks from Dynamics 365 (Online) doesn't sync to Outlook Client and tasks remain.
But deleting tasks from Outlook Client syncs to Dynamics 365 (Online) and tasks are deleted.The behavior of registering and deleting is very confusing.
It would be much better to sync perfectly Dynamics 365 (Online) and Outlook Client.
