Suggest improvements for improved user experience and versatility
Suggested by Donald Martin – New – 1 Comments
Here are some additional features I would really love to see that could greatly improve the D365 Guides Experience:
Environment:
- Ability to compartmentalize assets for separate guides into specific folders to improve file management
- Ability for Operator to use a guide without a licensed copy of the app (i.e. can play but not edit a guide)
- A greater selection of built-in holographic prompts
User interface:
- Ability to customize panel size, headers, fonts, color, style etc., comparable to a PowerPoint presentation
- No arbitrary limit to the number of lines displayed on a single Guide Step
- Ability to add more than one media panel per step
- Ability to view 360 videos from SharePoint, YouTube, etc. in VR format within Guides.

GUIDES hologram lock function
Suggested by junwoo park – New – 0 Comments
Hello.
It would be nice to have a lock function after placing the hologram in GUIDES. This is because there is a case where the hologram A is first placed and then the hologram B, which is smaller than A, is tried to be placed in a similar position, but touch A and move from the initial position.

Clarity for Opening Guides from QR Code
Suggested by Matthew Brantl – New – 0 Comments
After scanning a qr code from the main menu to open a qr code, it asks if you want to open the link and displays the URL for confirmation. Instead of, or at least alongside the URL should be the name of the guide that is being opened to help ensure the QR code matches the guide the operator seeks to open.

Glitchy Checkbox Behavior
Suggested by Luke Ngo – New – 0 Comments
In creating Azure Synapse Link page, the checkboxes momentarily become editable but then revert to their previous state without any user action. In practice, this means there’s no way to uncheck tables once they’ve been linked.

Title: Uneditable Pre-selected Tables
Description: In the Manage Tables section of Azure Synapse Link for Dataverse, Microsoft’s pre-selected tables are greyed out and cannot be unchecked, further increasing the risk to our data governance.
