Add the ability to configure timeline filter to exclude marketing interactions, or other record types, by default.
Excellent idea!
I'm surprised this is not available and that there are so few votes...
For clarity, this is about filters and sub-filters that can be set by the user for marketing interactions. The idea is to enable/disable them by default in the form settings.
e.g.
Marketing interaction status
Cancelled
Check-in
Clicked
Delivered
Opened
Registered
Sent
Submitted
Visited
Marketing interaction types
Web page
Forms
Event
Email

Giving this a boost as well as it would be a great way to set a default filter to counterbalance the possible activity overload on a contact's/lead's timeline.
