The Teams Admin Center successfully gathers data from Teams clients and displays: Audio Quality and Average/Max Jitter of the session.

Unfortunately this data is not populated with Dynamics 365 Remote Assist client.

Please see screenshots that shows data not populated: https://imgur.com/a/IXuIMPS

If possible, please help populate this data (Audio Quality / average/max Jitter) to the Teams Admin Center! Thank you :)

  • Hi Support, I see that this idea is now implemented. The Audio Quality and average/max Jitter are now reporting from Dynamics 365 Remote Assist + Hololens 2 to the Microsoft Teams Admin center. Thank you so much!
