Power Platform Governance and Administration

Currently, there is a function to check the security score for the entire organization, but there is no function to check the security score for each environment.

Being able to check the security score for each environment will allow for more efficient management of each environment.

There is a bug in dataverse when configuring option sets to allow for multiple selection. TLDR: a simple semicolon will break your field!

Currently:

• I (a system administrator) can add a semicolon character in the label for an option set value.
• I can save/ publish the option set field and add it to a form in my application.
• When a user interacts with the option set in the application, they are unable to select the value with the semicolon in the label.

As an application user, it is unclear to me why I cannot select this value. As a system administrator, it is similarly unclear to me what I did wrong in configuring this field. After opening a support ticket, Microsoft confirmed that they can reproduce the issue but that it is operating by design.

Request:

• A user can not add a semicolon to an option set value label and is presented with a helpful error message if they do.
• A user is prevented from save/ publish of the option set if a semicolon is included in a label.
• The character restrictions of option set labels are published on Microsoft's publicly available documentation.

We have more than 10k+ Power Platform Environments in our Production Tenant. There is a need to identify environments where Dynamics365 Apps are enabled for various projects , but looks like there is no OOB / automated way to get those details. So, identify a way through which we can get the list of Power Platform Environments where Dynamics365 Apps are enabled

I would like to request more robust error logging when dealing with permission issues in Power Pages. Users are presented with a generic error that they do not have permission to make the change but even with Dev tools and Azure logging there is no way to know the table or permissions that are presenting the error.

This will only lead to immense frustration in the product from end users and administrators.

In our case a simple Append to a related table needed to be added. This would have been present in CE and could have been solved in minutes compared to hours.

Currently, in GCC, there is no export functionality for Dataverse tables. I understand that the commercial cloud has this feature. Please implement it for Government Cloud users as well.

Ideas:

1. Allow administrators to exclude one day per week to accommodate weekly after hours deploys.
2. Shrink the 9 hour requirement or make it variable so customers have more flexibility to install solutions after hours

Currently, the maintenance window settings for production environments require you to have 9 hours available every day of the week for Microsoft-owned solutions to install. Microsoft recommends administrators deploy to prod after hours. However, with the limited maintenance window settings we have access to, if we deploy at 10pm and open for business at 7am, Microsoft's maintenance window gets in the way and blocks us from importing solutions.

It would be a good option to be able to configure if the "Copilot's form fill assistance feature" should be activated per table, and not only turned on or off for the full environment.

The same logic used for the Microsoft solutions. The possibility to link solutions to each other. For example, by mark the base solution as Main Solution on the new solution.

So if you have a "base" solution and you want to make an extra solution to keep certain things apart, make sure that that extra solution is placed in the layering just above the base solution.

This way you can also deploy faster because you can keep the solutions small.

Microsoft must send notifications before expiration of any Client IDs or any other type of subscriptions

To fully use themes in model driven apps, you currently need to:

1. Create an XML file with Hex codes and edit the "Override app header color" setting, and
2. Go to Settings -> Customization -> Customizations -> Theme and update the Hex codes and Logo with another web resource

We should combine these two locations and make it simpler to update the colors vs. the manual steps of creating web resources and updating in different spots. Sync these two theming locations into one.
