Remove EXIF data from uploaded photos
Suggested by Henrik Adolfsson – New – 0 Comments
When customers upload images, like .jpg, it typically contains a lot of personal information in EXIF data. Information like, where the photo was taken (GPS position), when the photo was taken (date + time), what equipment was used to take the photo. Social networks like facebook remove EXIF data, but from my tests it seems like Dynamics does not. Please add this as a feature when images are uploaded as it compromises a lot of sensitive information about users. -
Audit All Entities Option
Suggested by Paul Bednall – New – 1 Comments
Enable a new option under the Global Audit Settings within a Power Platform environment to enable auditing for ALL entities. Whilst this may not be recommended, some organisations are mandated to audit EVERYTHING. There are already options to enable auditing for "Common Entities", "Marketing Entities", etc. Can we have an option for "All Entities (not recommended)"? This will avoid having to either manually amend the audit settings for every entity or develop a solution to do it. It would also mean that auditing would be automatically enabled for new entities that Microsoft introduce instead of having to constantly monitor for these new entities, update solutions and redeploy to many environments -

Who else has this record open?
Suggested by Jim Corriveau – New – 0 Comments
When a User loads a record into a main or card form there should be a banner that tells the User who else has the record open. When the User attempts to save a record and it is still open by another User they should be prompted that the record is open and do they still want to save. Thank you, Jim -
Ability to have unique App specific error message for each Modeldriven App when Non CRM Users trying to access instead of showing common generic access error message
Suggested by Mohammad Farook – New – 1 Comments
Problem Summary: We have created multiple Model Driven Apps based on the user needs. Each app is unique and used by different teams. Each app has specific set roles and restricted access. But whenever can non-CRM user is trying to access any App irrespective which app he is trying to access Dynamics 365 will always give standard error message, which is not helpful but confusing. Also, there is no way that Admins can customize the notification message according to their business needs. Suggestion: It will be very helpful, if Admins are allowed to customize error message for each Model driven App according to their CRM business needs. This will help CRM teams to help to guide their CRM users on how to get access with helpful links which is unique to their org -
Dual-write - allow System Administrator to add a new table mapping
Suggested by Costin Boldisor-Buta – New – 1 Comments
According to the current documentation (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/fin-ops-core/dev-itpro/data-entities/dual-write/dual-write-troubleshooting-dual-write-module#error-when-you-link-the-environment-for-dual-write-or-add-a-new-table-mapping), only the user who set up Dual-write initially is able to add a new table mapping. A system admin is only able to edit table mappings. This is poor user experience - admins are allowed to unlink the environments but they're not able to add a new mapping. There may be some technical reasons behind this but few user would consider it good design. Requesting to allow new table mappings to be added by users other than original admin. -

Show more lines of a grid
Suggested by Patricia Werz – New – 0 Comments
The non-interactive dashboard is responsive in width: if only one grid is displayed, the whole width is used. However, the height of the grid does not adjust in this case and you have unused space below the grid. -
