    Microsoft Clarity Support for Model-Driven Apps

    With Clarity, Microsoft has released a great tool to analyse how your users are navigating on your websites. However, there is currently no supported way to use Clarity with Dynamics 365 or any other model-driven apps. It would be a great feature for our customers to see, how their collegues are using their business software and optimise the UI based on that data, using the tool Microsoft is already promoting for exactly this scenario.

    Collection overview

    It would be nice to have an overview for COllections similar to what we have for variables: where is th eusage of my collections (which screen, on which controls, OnVisible property of screens, etc.) - It is really hard finding all of them if you need to make changes in a specific collection

    Add ability to use AND/OR logic on related entities in Advanced Find queries

    Currently it is not possible to set up queries through advanced find that use the AND/OR operators - you simply cannot select them as part of a group. For example, the following query would not be possible through Advanced Find: select all records from the 'bookings' entity where the 'orders' related record does not contain data OR where the 'invoices' related record does not contain data. This severely limits how useful this tool is and means we have data spread across several views that should really be contained in one. For bonus marks, it would be great if we could use IF statements in Advanced Find. for example: find all records in the 'orders' entity where 'status' is 'uninvoiced' and IF 'booking type' == 'event' filter records where 'booking' related record status is 'active'.

    Relevance Search

    Relevance search should consider date fields as well. Currently Relevance search is considering only string fields. Recommendation :- It should Consider Date Fields as well.

    Switch Back to View from Open Record Set in Case

    When opening a View in CRM and open any case in the list, it is possible to open the Record Set from the Ribbon Bar of the Case. Then it is possible to navigate quickly between the case of the view. But it is not possible to quickly jump back to the View were all started. A new button with this function would be very helpful.

    Possibility to set the Default "tab" in a Case

    Some times the User wants to open the "Service Task" Tab everytime he opens a Case. On other days it would be better, that the system opens by default "Post, Activities" Tab. everytime he opens a Case. ...... It would be nice if we can have a "pin" next to the each Tab Name and depending on which "tab" has actually the pin set the system knows that form now one this tab is the default tab when opening a Case for this user. Until the pin is set at a different Tab.

    Rich Text Format/Style in Notes

    Existing Issue:- - After enabling the Rich Text option for Notes, users are able to perform the modificaiton - The description field looks perfect on screen - Whereas while exporting to Excel, the description field is coming with HTML tags To-B:- - Users are prefered to have the Rich Text to perform the beautification. - System should not show the HTML tagging while exporting. This should be applicable for All Timeline activities. BR, Habib

    Regression: 2021 release wave 2: It is no longer possible to open a record in a new tab/window

    After applying of 2021 release wave 2 it is no longer possible to open a record in a new tab/window. Please return that feature back. It was very convenient to open records in a new tab/window from a view.
