Audit plays a key role in the overall capacity storage. There should be archival mechanism for audit logs. Also we need a capability to query the related audit data for records.

Apart from looking for data in advanced find, it would be good to have a UI where user can search for a record and view the record and its related data from other child entities (including attachments) For example, Canvas App/PCF control

Access to archived data should be extend to any user in CRM and the security matrix should be imposed on the archived data. From data compliance perspective, data visibility should be as per logged in user's BU and security roles because any department should not see other department's data.

if we can get the audit logs of backups taken by Microsoft for the environment upto 1 year.

Need a mechanism to allow policy setters to select or unselect particular child tables when parent table is selected for data archival. By default all child tables should be selected, but user can change that if they want.

Current workaround of enabling it for individual child tables, is time consuming.
