An incoming call window should be bigger or the size of the window should be customizable by the Omnichannel admin. At this moment it is too small and agent can miss a notification.

A sound about incoming notification should be louder.
At this moment it is too quiet, even if in the omnichannel settings and the personal settings are set to maximum.
Teams calls in Dynamics 365 - possibility to set default language
There should be possibility to select a default transcript language for Teams calls in Dynamics 365. At this moment there is ENG by default.
Update Teams call notification settings: When notifications are visible in D365 Teams, they should not appear in Microsoft Teams
Users who have both Teams and Dynamics 365 open in their browser receive duplicate call notifications — one in Teams and one in the Dynamics 365 app. There should be an option to disable Teams notifications when Dynamics 365 is open.
