Import particular items with unique key
It is not about export file. When importing records from Excel data created manually by user, records are duplicated even if the same name records already exist in the Org. Without duplication, the existing records should be updated and non-existing records should be imported as new records.
Proper sync between copied appointment on Outlook and Dynamics 365 (online)
The customer uses Dynamics 365 for Outlook. When copying appointments on Outlook, records with [Set Regarding] are duplicated. Therefore, the sync issue occurs. It would be much better if the Outlook feature put a great deal of thoughts into copying appointments.
