Currently you can only search for a single field on Global search and Quick find.
You might be able to develop your query using FetchXML but it should be available as default.

When users import a solution, it duplicates the default views
If you already have a default view in your CRM Online, it duplicates the default views when import a solution.
Users do not need to have 2 default views in a system.
