Ability to edit field entity type after save and close
By design, it is not possible to edit a field type after you saved. It's all grayed out.
It would be great to have ability which users are able to edit the field type even after we saved.
Make it possible to restore/backup all data and solutions in Dynamics CRM online
It seems like Dynamics CRM online is the only product which does not support to restore/backup all data and solutions. I'm talking about both data and solutions at the same time ; not one of them to be restored.
This function should be available for users to implement anytime soon....
Ability to send an email to administrator when emailbox has been disabled
It would be a great feature once mailbox has been disabled, CRM should be able to send an email in order to make the administrator notice the issue without signing in to the CRM portal.

Ability to provide precise information to be displayed when emailbox has been disabled
It would be a great feature if CRM could provide much more details and relevent reasons why emailbox has been disabled.
Therefore all users can be more specific about what to do with the problem (e.g. the problem is related to Internet connection or server-side error ).
Ability to automatically enable emailbox by CRM itself
When emailbox has been disabled, it would be a lot more valuable for all users if CRM could automatically enables the emailbox again.
Instead of just displaying an error alert which if not signed in we won't be able to notice, and the owner of mailbox needs to manually click an 'enable' ...
Ability to set data entry rules in text field
I would like to have a function which users are able to control text data entry rules for single-byte characters and double-byte characters.
e.g.) The Account's name must be in double-byte characters, and if the name was entered in single-byte characters, it would not be saved.
Ability to exclude workflow which runs automatically from Audit Log
Audit log keeps track ramdomly and often occurs in a month which causing a great business impact on an admistrator to be able to check each ramdom entry.
It would be great to have a fuction which can exclude these workflows from auditing.

EXCEL should be able to import files from Dynamic Worksheets in CRM Online
With Exchange Online, you can update the data in EXCEL and it goes straight into your CRM.
It would be great to have the same feature in just EXCEL (without Exchange Online) which can also import the data from Dynamic Worksheets into CRM Online.
Time format only has a colon mark for time separator which is not really suitable for Japanese users
Currently, when you customise the time format in CRM Online, you can only use a colon ???for time separator.
