Microsft needs to enable VM snapshot fuctionality

Today I face a issue and would like to restore whole AX VM but when I check with Microsoft support engineer, this facility is not available, I think it is a common requirement to have VM snapshot so we can restore it at point to time. Can you please look into it. Let me know on...
