Make Address Entity more useful in Workflows and Many ot 1 Relationship
CRM 4 doesn't allow to create relationship to Address entity. It is not available in Workflows either. It is a big problem when tyring to automate the address update or lookup process. It can reduce huge overhead cost by allowing this entity to be visible everywhere.

Allow Order Product in Workflow
There is a field in Order product for Line Item. However, it is not accessible via workflow. An Order product for an exisitng order cannot be created in CRM 4. It causes manual entries and increses overhead.
