Ability to Partially Expense a PO
Two clients (AMR and Stage) have asked for the ability to partially expense a PO. They want to be able to generate an expense from a PO for a portion of the amount, keep the PO open and have the system automatically decrease the amount of the original PO by the amount of the partial expense.
