Ability to automatically select Business Process Flow on case and other entities


In a scenario where the type of case determines which BPF the service agent should use it would be really nice if it was possible to configure a real time workflow that runs on create or update of case type an automatically sets the correct BPF. Currently the user will have to set it manually. ...
