Adding Multiple Users
My organization is in the process of upgrading to CRM2013 On Premise. I am finding it difficult adding users to the new system since there is not a lookup/search field on the Look Up Record form. With over 1000 employees in our active directory file it makes it very challenging.
Phone Call Activities in Calendar View
Our sales force has provided feedback indicating that it would be great to display scheduled phone call activities in the CRM calendar.
