CRM 2011 Field Security
Field Level Security is great in CRM 2011, but it would be great to have it available on system fields as well.
Provide Editable grid with bulk edit functionality
It should be possible to edit records directly in the list/grid view, rather than having to open each individual record. This should be possible in regular views, as well as associated views and advanced find views.

CRM- Search engine function across records. (global search)
Global search should be implemented so users can search from one place and view records from across different entity types in CRM. This should be implemented without having to use SharePoint search or any outside search tool.
Enable "NOT IN" queries in FetchXML
Advanced Find and FetchXML queries should support "NOT IN" type queries. For example: Sales people would like to do an Advanced Find to show Account with no Opportunities, Leads with no activities, etc. Service people want to see Resources with no scheduled activities next week, etc.
