Copy Feature should be working reverse way i.e. Sandbox to Production

The copy feature works in a way where in a Full copy or a minimal copy can be done.
This works from Production To Sandbox and also Sandbox to Sandbox.
However this feature does not work reverse way meaning from Sandbox to Production.

Pop up Comes when closing the opportunity is closed as won or loss
CRM version: 2016
When we navigate to < Microsoft dynamics CRM < Marketing < Opportunity < Open any record of the Opportunity and when it is closed as won or loss a pop up comes up which was not there in CRM 2015.
User want that feature back in CRM.
