Hide advanced find fields based on Field level security
I've several customers where departments have different fields on Account to store data for their own use.
With Forms and FLS this can be split nicely, where users only see their own fields.

When I want to update data using excel this can be done with CRM 2011. Just export - change - import. Not.......
