Ability to add/remove ribbon button options or control the workflow/process it performs
Example: On the Lead form, the button qualify show 2 options. Qualify - opportunity and Qualified - Nurture. We would like the ability to remove the Qualified - nurture option. Or at least the ability to control what this option does. Right now it creates Account/Contact/Opportunity in nurture...
