Put Leave and absence setup for hours or days on the plan instead of the company

Currently we have to select at company level if leave and absence is managed by hours or days. It would be great if we could select this choice on the "Leave and absence type" or "Leave and absence plan". The need is to import real worked hours for D365 F&O on a plan to manage flexible tim...
