Bug in Contact's FullName concatenation


I have a Person (custom) entity containing First Name and Last Name fields, 1:N relationship to Contact (out of the box). When a Contact is created from a Person record, the Contact's First name and Last Name fields are populated with the Person's First Name and Last Name.

Create an Appointment in OUtlook, then Track in CRM. Open the Appointment record in CRM, the Business Process is not enabled for the record and there is no way to enable it.
