Add "Open reminders" box in the customer card fact box "Sell-to Customer Sales History"
In the customer card you have a fact box called "Sell-to Customer Sales History".
In this fact box you see information like ongoing sales orders, posted sales shipments etc.

Add ATP lead time field in the item card so that every item can get its own ATP value in the ATP functionality.
At the moment there is 1 ATP lead time for all items.

Add columns "Open qty" and "Back Order qty" in the SO line
When you have a sales order with many lines and some of those lines are partially shipped and invoice, it can be cumbersome to see the exact qty that is still open or outstanding per line
The field outstanding qty is already used via the item card => go to field "Qty on sales ...
Send by option in posted sales invoice does not have options like "Show Shipments", "Show Additional Fee note" etc
When you print a sales invoice (when creating it or when it is posted), you have options like "Show Shipments", "Show Additional Fee note".
When emailing (or post and send), you don't have these options.
Please add the option to select "Show Shipments" when choosing "Post & Send"....

Some fields (with an underscore) like the item no. field in the warehouse shipment have a small preview window that shows additional information like picture, inventory, base uom, description 2 and unit price.
I don't know how this preview window is called. But it would be awe...
Mention the other user when you show a (dead) lock message
Today we got a dead lock message:
The Activity was dead locked with another user who was modifying the inter tenant transfer table. Please retry the activity.
The system only mentions "another user".
It would be much more helpful for the user, that (s)he gets this ...
Add option to print comments, tool, quality measures on production order job card.
In an item routing you can add information related to:
- quality
- tools
- comments
Please add 3 bullets in the production order job card print, to select them so that they will be printed on the job card per routing step.
Add order intake information in a SO table
At the moment the SO is deleted/archived when the SO is fully invoiced.
The problem with that is, that there is no (easy) way (without customization) to figure out what the order intake was 4 months ago.
Or compare the current month intake with previous year.
