D365Mktng: Files: List View does not update after file upload.
If you create a new Internet Marketing File the list view does not update after uploading the file.
D365Mktng: Refreshed Web Client: Many Icons for Marketing Entities don't display properly in Solution Editor
I've noticed that the icons for many of the entities that are part of D365Mktng don't display properly in the Solution Editor.
