Implement much more fully featured Claims-based authentication in CRM 2011

D365Mktng: Put App Area Icons on App Area Navigation Menu


The icons used in the Marketing App can be a little foreign but for entities they are displayed next to the descriptions for each one in the expanded menu so users get to learn them.

This isn't the case for the App Area Icons however - if these were put on App Area Navigation Menu ...
