About the Dynamics CRM Online's service upgrade.
Our customer is requesting that they want to be notified in advance even for minor version upgrade.
Because it makes confuse the end users when interface or functions are all the sudden changed.
Feature request for behavior of exported Excel file in Dynamics CRM Online
When you export Excel file in Dynamics CRM Online, "Do not modify" columns are hiding in Column A,B, and C.
Please provide the function which allow you to export Excel file with out "Do not modify" Columns.
Calculating values is not correct when you using any currency format other than default currency format in Rollup field
When you calculating values which inclueds currency format by Rollup field, the caluculation result is not correct if all values are using same currency format other than default currency format.
It seems like rate conversion process is running when you are not using default currency format...

Unable to reassign any records to another user
Our customer is unable to reassign any records to another user gets an error message " An Error has occurred. Please return to the homepage and try again".
If this is caused by Server side's behavior, please fix this issue.
Ability to configure Approval workflow
By using workflow, you can not configure Approval workflow.
Our cutomer would like to use this processs for managing their transportation expenses.

Solution Import fails due to missing MailboxTrackingFolders entity

Please provide the function which you can caliculate total amount of sales volume in multiple Opportunity records by View window.
It would be easier to confirm a total value rather than using Report function.
Feature request for adding "Not" operator in filter criteria of View
Please add the "Not" operator for filter criteria in View function.
Currently, users have to configure complicated filters for implementing a process close to "Not" Operator.
It would be easier to set filter if "Not" Operator is available.
Feature request for adding Month on Month filter criteria in View
Please provide the filter criteria which you can get value as unit of the Month rather than unit of the Day.
Forexample, When you need to get value for November 2015 to January 2016, usually you can use "Next X months" filter for picking up next 3 months.
