Form Administration Tab
It woudl be great if you automatically added an Administration Tab to each new form with the Created / Modified and Status / Status Reason fields

In CRM 2015, some of the options in Advanced Find - specifically for lookups - have disappeared. These included Contains, Does not Contain, Begins With, Ends With. Is there a reason these were removed? Can they be added back?
