Ability to edit form of [Phone Call entity] because it's uneditable by default
Register a record of [Phone call entity] from Activity record.
Fill in description and save it after [Quick Form] showed up.
Then same content is added to record's subject and description.
It would be much better to edit forms of [Phone Call entity].

It would be user-friendly to export reports about keyword history and how many times each keyword is searched on Knowledge Article.
