    Better multiday overview

    On the Field Service Schedule Board, by choosing the Days, Weeks or Months view, the information displayed is not enough for typical Field Service customer. The customer expects - like in the Hours-view - to see a work order overview.


    This is not possible you need to expand every resource to be able to see this information. This is one click per resource is needed to expand the information.


    The customer is concerned for the fact that by having a large quantity of resources, needs to do one click per resource to see the information for each one of them.


    At the same time when expanded, it takes a lot of space per resource and you can only overview a few resources on one page.

    [Field Service] Ability to set change default view of Schedule Board

    When you open Schedule Board of Field Service, you will see two types of default view depends on how to reach Schedule Board.
    There is no feature to set default view.


    1. Open [Work Order] -> Click [BOOK]


    Horizontal View
    Schedule Assistant View <-default
    Vertical View



    2. Open [Field Service] -> Click [schedule Assistant]


    Horizontal View <-default
    Vertical View



    It would be nice to have an option to set default view of Schedule Board.

    Enable Schedule Board on Unified Interface apps

    Applies to all Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Unified Interface apps. Please enable Schedule Board on UI apps so that it can be accessed and used from any UI app. Customizers should be able to bring the Schedule Board on a custom UI app and it should be readily available especially on the FS and PSA OOTB UI apps. Resourcing is a critical business function especially in FS and PSA. With D365 CE and especially FS and PSA moving into UI app based use, it would make sense that the Schedule Board can also be accessed from a UI app.

    Schedule Board - capability to schedule by days

    For the D365 Field Service and Schedule Board - could a capability be added that you can drag and schedule a resource by days? Today the solution will allow scheduling by hours, but we have a need for scheduling by days.

    [Field Service] Capability to modify the labels like "Booking Requirements", "Filter & Map View"

    CRM itself have the capability to modify default labels of fields and entities to fit CRM to customer's business and operations.
    We'd like to have such capability in Schedule Board in Field Service, too.
    Schedule Board have a lot of built-in labels like "Booking Requirements", "Filter & Map View", etc... but sometimes customers want to modify such labels to fill the gap between their term and default ones.

    Schedule Board - Optimize Day View

    Scenario: we are planing service jobs in a heavy industry solution for multiple days! As soon as we choose the day view. This view shows on each resource / day cell an aggregation of the numbers of booked hours. We don't need to see the hours, we need to see the Service Job name! Like it is in the hours view. Using in the hours view does not work, because it is limited to 7 days! Please make it possible to deactivate the aggegration and adjust/customize the tile in the day view like it is already in the hours view

    [Field Service] Dragging work orders item in "Schedule Board" days view

    Currentry the "Start Date" and "End Date" of the "Create Resource Booking" dialog,
    which id displayed when dragging the work orders item in the day view of the "Field Service - Schedule Board", are fixed.


    It would be nice if the values of "Work Orders: Time From Promised" and "Work Orders: Time To Promised"
    reflect to "Create Resource Booking: Start Date" and "Create Resource Booking: End Date"

    [Field Service] Capability to filter "Booking Requirements" with various criteria

    As of now, in Schedule Board of Field Service, we can filter "Booking Requirements" only by Name.
    It would be nice for customers to have a capability to filter by other columns like "From Date", "Status", etc...
    If we have too many Booking Requirements, it would be difficult to find only with filtering by name.

    [Field Service] Ability to create Bookable Resources with the same name

    Please consider removing the limitation for Bookable Resource which prohibits us creating resources with same names. By default, "Name" of Bookable resources cannot be be duplicated. There's a OOB plugin (Microsoft.Dynamics.FieldService.FieldServicePlugin) to prevent this. But, there're likely to be Users, Contacts or whatever the resource refers to which have same name. Even Users, Contacts can be created with same name, but only Bookable Resource cannot be. This limitation is inconsistent. To avoid this, we should change the name of the Users, Contacts or whatever (like "John Smith 2" which looks strange) . Please change the limitation and allow to create Bookable Resources with same name.
