Specifically for government agencies we consistently get the request for clear communication form Microsoft about Dynamics CRM compliance with WCAG. Can this please be addressed.

Give us some way to submit CRM 2013 bugs

Currently there is no obvious mechanism for submitting CRM 2013 bugs. Internet search brings us here, where it appears that people submit bugs as suggestions with "BUG" in the title.

Add Portals as a new 'product' to CRM Roadmap site to find information more easily

    Suggested by Alan MervitzNew 0
    Category: Training and Readiness

CRM Portals should be its own product on the Dynamics CRM Roadmap site so that we can more easily find and filter on information regarding upcoming and released features about CRM Portals. Having it mixed in within the generic CRM Online product makes it too hard to identify information that is CRM Portals specific.

Implement Task Recorder across full MS Dynamics 365.

    Suggested by Thi ChungNew 1

Task Recorder available in MS Dynamics 365 for Operations is a great training tool and will support user adoption.

This would be great to implement across the full Dynamics 365 suite. Having trained and developed training materials for users, I find that the task recorder will add value and improve training. It helps cater for the visual, reading/writing and kinaesthetic learners (VARK).

Previously, I would have to create a full manual for the reading/writing learners, quick reference guides for the visual learners, face-to-face for the Kinaesthetic learners, and instructional videos for the visual and auditory learners.

    Access to Online Developer environments

    Suggested by Reece CampbellNew 0

I would like to be able to pay for a type of Office 365 tenant where you can spin up and down any number of "developer" environments in a similar way to what is possible with On-Premise.

The difference between Online and On-Premise is increasing with each release which makes it harder to use On-Premise as a development environment for Online.

    Pin Learning Path Sidebar

    Suggested by Chris KalnaNew 0
    Category: Training and Readiness

Hi, first post here. I'm helping to implement Dynamics 365 for a client and I'm deploying Learning Path for their use. While building out Learning Path content we realized that you cannot keep the sidebar open to read instructions if you want to click into the screen to perform a function.

Example - with Learning Path open a user tries to click in the main screen to select Accounts. Learning Path automatically closes, which then hides the training instructions.

We would love a way to pin Learning Path to stay open until a user clicks to close it. Has anyone done this? We cannot find any configuration within Learning Path settings to enable it. Thanks!

    Learning Path - videos

High security means we can't place videos on you tube. Provision of other method would be good. Currently using links to internal server but have no thumbnails due to using links rather than video content type

Lack of public articles about Mailbox

    Suggested by RENA SATONew 0
    Category: Training and Readiness

If you try to [Approve Email] on active mailbox, the mailbox will be enabled and connected to Exchange Online.

But sometimes it can be hard for some users to understand how can mailbox will be enabled by clicking [Approve Email].

The public articles doesn’t even mention about this behavior.

It would be great that if Microsoft can edit the content or provide better knowledge based articles.
